Simple 30-day returns.
Return window
Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they're unused and in their original packaging. Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible — check the product page for details.
How to start a return
Go to My Orders, open the order, and use the cancel option if it hasn't shipped yet. For a completed delivery, contact us with your order number and we'll arrange a pickup.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method (or as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders) within 5-7 business days.
