1. Orders and payment
By placing an order on K Furniture, you agree to pay the listed price at checkout, including any applicable delivery charges. Orders are confirmed once payment is completed or, for Cash on Delivery, once the order is placed.
2. Delivery
Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates. We'll notify you of any significant delay to your order.
3. Returns and cancellations
Orders can be cancelled from your account while they're still in "Placed" or "Processing" status. Return and refund eligibility is as stated on the product page and our returns policy.
4. Product information
We aim for accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, but errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct these and, where necessary, cancel affected orders with a full refund.
5. Account responsibility
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
